When will my order be shipped?
In Hungary, we deliver packages with GLS courier service. If you place your order before 23:59, we will hand over the package to the courier service on the next business day.
Can I return the product if it's not suitable?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. If the size or style is not suitable, we will be happy to assist you with the return process.
How do I choose the right size?
On each product page, you will find a size chart to help you choose the right size. If you are unsure between two sizes, we generally recommend the larger size.
What payment methods do we accept?
You can pay with Visa and Mastercard bank cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and secure online payment.
What happens if the product does not meet my expectations?
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00, and on Saturdays and Sundays between 10:00 and 17:00.
